Steak with Horseradish Cream Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, horseradish, and mustard. Thin as necessary with cream, milk, or half-and-half. Adjust the horseradish and mustard as desired, and season to taste.
  2. Cook the steaks to your liking.
  3. Plate the steaks, garnish with the sauce, and serve.
