Steak with Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 ea steaks of your choice
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 T horseradish
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- cream, milk, or half-and-half
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, horseradish, and mustard. Thin as necessary with cream, milk, or half-and-half. Adjust the horseradish and mustard as desired, and season to taste.
- Cook the steaks to your liking.
- Plate the steaks, garnish with the sauce, and serve.
